Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging, if applicable.

If the product has been used but you still want to request a refund, please contact us. We will review your request and let you know whether the return can be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Please note: Receiving your returned item does not mean the refund will be issued immediately. After we receive and inspect the return, it may take some additional time to process the refund. Once approved, the money may take additional time to appear in your bank account or on your credit/debit card, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food or flowers, custom products, personal-care goods, and other items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
